The Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) and the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) will host the inaugural Asia International Security Summit & Expo (AISSE) from 20th to 22nd January 2025 at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC). Positioned as Asia’s Premium Showcase for Peace & Security, AISSE’25 aligns with MOHA’s vision of promoting peaceful nations. Themed “Asia United: Charting the Future of Global Peace and Security through Law Enforcement Collaboration,” the summit aims to unite Asia in advancing global stability and cross-border security cooperation.

The event will feature the Cyber Crime Prevention Summit Malaysia, held alongside and supported by the National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA) Malaysia, focusing on digital threats and cybercrime defence. Additionally, the 1st ASEAN+ Security High Roundtable, jointly organised with ASEANPOL, will bring together approximately 15 Ministers of Home Affairs and their respective Police Chiefs to discuss strategic and cross-border security issues, with Malaysia’s Prime Minister invited to deliver the welcome address.

The programme will also include some 30 carefully curated conference and forum sessions designed to complement AISSE’s overarching theme of building peaceful nations. AISSE’25 will welcome approximately 200 security organisations and industry players from over 15 nations, including leaders in forensics, biometrics, personal safety equipment, ICT, cybersecurity, and various other fields related to internal security. The expo is expected to attract over 5,000 trade visitors, including government officials, who will participate as attendees, speakers, and exhibitors. Additionally, 60 foreign VIP delegates will be hosted by the Malaysian Government with a tailored programme of activities.
