Eric has taken his vast training center experience to EC-Council North America where he developed and launched the iClass training division whose charter is to offer EC-Council certification courses in live, online, and streaming video online training formats to clients who don’t have access to an EC-Council Authorized Training center in their local area. EC-Council Authorized Training Centers also utilize the iClass platform to deliver online training to their students. Eric continues to run the iClass training division and has also become the Executive Director of the EC-Council Foundation, which delivers IT Security conferences all over the world.

Saba Mohammad

Managing Editor

Saba Mohammad is the Director of Digital and Product Marketing & Media Services at EC-Council, where she leads marketing initiatives focused on cybersecurity, digital media, product marketing, and audience engagement. She oversees integrated campaigns, multimedia strategy, podcast production, and content development across a wide range of digital platforms and emerging media channels.

Her work spans product launches, digital and programmatic marketing, social media strategy, video production, branding, and content creation for both technical and executive audiences. As Managing Editor of CISO Mag, Saba collaborates with cybersecurity leaders, industry experts, and creative teams to develop content-driven programs that elevate thought leadership and strengthen community engagement.

With more than 15 years of experience across cybersecurity, EdTech, and digital communications, Saba brings a strategic and creative approach to marketing leadership. She is known for building impactful campaigns, leading cross-functional teams, and creating engaging digital experiences that connect technology, education, and storytelling.

Amber Pedroncelli

Executive Engagement Director

Amber Pedroncelli is the Director of Operations for North America at EC‑Council, where she is responsible for the strategy and execution of the organization’s largest cybersecurity events and executive programs. She leads operations for global initiatives such as Hacker Halted and the Global CISO Forum, collaborating with CISOs, security leaders, instructors, and sponsors to deliver content‑driven, results‑focused experiences.
Her work spans end‑to‑end event execution, sponsorship development, committee and speaker management, and post‑event performance analysis. Known for a strong focus on operational discipline and credibility, Amber prioritizes practitioner relevance, diverse perspectives, and measurable outcomes.

Amber works closely with senior security executives and industry stakeholders to create forums that support real‑world learning, peer exchange, and professional growth. She brings a pragmatic, relationship‑driven approach to cybersecurity events, ensuring they deliver value to both technical audiences and executive leadership.
